XP, levels and the VIP bonus
XP comes from playing the normal loop — uploads, replies, sponsors, streams and purchases. Levels gate later gear, and the VIP Creator pass adds a permanent +10% XP on everything.
XP is the quiet system in Become a Youtuber!. It is not the money track and it is not the subscriber track — it is the progress track, and the VIP Creator pass is deliberately pointed at it.
What earns XP
Anything that is a normal playing action: filming and uploading, replying to comments, taking a sponsor offer, going live, buying upgrades. Playing the loop is how you level.
What levels do
Levels are the gate. Higher-tier items, later systems and the more serious parts of the Creator Shop sit behind progress rather than behind a paywall, which is why a player with a small balance but a high level can out-earn a player with cash and no progress.
The practical effect: if you are stuck, check whether the game is asking for progress rather than money.
The VIP Creator bonus
The VIP Creator pass (399 R$) gives +10% XP on everything, permanently, on top of the cosmetics:

Levelling faster without spending
- Reply to comments every cycle. Fan replies count and they are free.
- Do not skip streams. Streams move progress faster than uploads.
- Finish what you start. Abandoned runs do not bank progress.
- Play in longer sessions. Progress accrues through the session, not only at the end.
XP questions
Does XP reset? No.
Is XP worth chasing over money? They feed each other: progress unlocks the gear tiers that make money, and money buys the upgrades those tiers need. Chase whichever is currently blocking you — the upgrades guide helps you work out which one that is.
What is the fastest XP in the game? The fastest XP is playing in long, unbroken sessions with fan replies every cycle. The VIP bonus multiplies whatever you were already doing; it does not replace it.
